The Sabine-Dew Philosophy:
We believe our taking care of your skin is our first priority. We will try our best to deliver your product faster than promised. However if we predict if there is anything you should pay attention, we will also email you first.
1. Processing Time and Shipping Fee
We treat every order with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for our team to process, quality-check, and pack your order before it leaves the warehouse. The shipping fee would be $5.99 wherever you want us to ship to.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because our collection is curated from global partners, shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.
We kindly ask for your patience. Good things take time, and we promise your Ruerby package will be worth the wait.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please Note: It may take 1-3 days for the tracking carrier to update their system after the label is created. If your link doesn't work immediately, don't worry—your package is moving!
4. Customs & Duties
For international orders, we ship strictly DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). While rare for small appliances, any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. Ruerby is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. Modifications & Cancellations
We move quickly to get your order started. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@sabine-dew.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the processing phase has begun, we can no longer intercept the package.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately.

Damaged Items: Send us a photo within 72 hours of arrival, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
